Case Study from Walsall MBC : Information Mapping Project

Walsall council had no record of all its services pre 2001. Telephone lists were out of date and the website contained minimal information. There were a variety of leaflets and forms without dates or maintenance procedures in place. Following a successful Invest to Save bid it was decided that an information audit should be undertaken to identify sources of information.
