The product (Case study template) has 5 place holders - Challenge, Key considrations / approach, Solution, Critical success factors, Results. The template can be useful if this goes one level down in terms of detail. For example, ""challenge"" can be qualified as Financial, Quality, Timelinss, Customer satisfaction, etc..
